Some symptoms of anxiety are restlessness, fatigue, muscle tension, difficulty concentrating, and difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep.  Some people may have feelings of a racing heart, chest pain, and nausea.

**If you experience chest pain call 911 and go to the ER.  Symptoms of a panic attack and a heart attack can be very similar.  It is important to make sure your chest pain is not caused by your heart. **
